What is your return policy?

For products purchased directly from OmMani Healing Crystals, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. The 30-day period begins on the date of your purchase. We are evaluating the evolving situation and will be happy to work with each customer to extend the return if necessary during these volatile times. 

Within those 30 days, you may submit a request for a return or full refund, or OmMani Healing Crystals store credit of equivalent value that may be redeemable for any product on our website. 

If the item has been unreasonably tampered with, the original contents are not returned in full, or it shows signs of excessive wear and tear from user misuse, we reserve the right to apply a 20% restocking fee or deny a return request. 

Eligibility for returns:

• You may return items for a refund (excluding shipping and special request charges).
• Items must meet the criteria outlined above and be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
• You may return items for a refund only if you received an item that was not as described, defective, or shipping damaged upon delivery.
• You may not alter, customize, or repair any items; any items returned that are not the same as the condition in which they were shipped cannot be accepted, and all sales are final.
• You may not return items purchased because of buyer remorse, change of mind, or dislike of color, size, or any functionality beyond the item’s intended workmanship.
• Items must be in new or as shipped condition, in their original packaging, and include all packing material, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
• Any signs of wear, removal of product tags, or parts will result in the refusal of your return.
